We believe independent coffee shops are the last analog spaces in a digital world. They're where community happens, where ideas brew, where people actually talk to each other. But running one is brutally hard. We're here to change that.
The system is
broken.
Paper loyalty cards? Lost in wallets. Forgotten at home. Thrown away by accident. Meanwhile, Starbucks has an app with 31 million active users tracking every purchase, sending targeted offers, building retention.
Independent cafes can't compete with that. They can't afford a dev team. They can't navigate enterprise software. They're too busy pulling shots and baking croissants.
That's the gap we're filling.

These aren't aspirational values on a wall. This is how we actually build the product.

We don't build for Starbucks. We build for the 23-year-old who just opened their first shop with $40k in debt and a dream. If they can use it, anyone can.
No Bullshit
No hidden fees. No annual contracts. No 'enterprise plans' that gate basic features. You pay $29/month. You get everything. If we add a feature, you get it too. Simple.

Your customer list isn't our asset to monetize. We don't sell ads. We don't sell data. You can export everything and leave anytime. We make money by being useful, not by trapping you.
