1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kafeo's digital loyalty platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kafeo provides a digital loyalty platform that allows:

  • Customers to collect digital stamps at participating cafés
  • Cafés to manage loyalty programs and reward customers
  • Secure QR code-based stamp collection and redemption

3. User Accounts

Customer Accounts

To use the customer app, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate phone number for verification
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not share your account with others

Café Accounts

To register your café:

  • You must be authorized to represent the café business
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain an active subscription after the trial period

4. Subscription and Payment (For Cafés)

Trial Period

New cafés receive a 3-month free trial. No credit card required to start.

Pricing

After the trial period, the subscription fee is €9 per month, billed monthly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to fraud the system (fake QR codes, multiple accounts, etc.)
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share or sell your account access
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software

6. Loyalty Rewards

Rewards are determined by each individual café. Kafeo is not responsible for:

  • The value or quality of rewards offered
  • Changes to reward rules by cafés
  • Expired stamps or unredeemed rewards if a café closes

Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between cafés.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Customers may delete their accounts at any time. Cafés may cancel their subscription at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kafeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kafeo are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
