Is it really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial expiring, no hidden charges. Every café gets full access to every feature we've built.
What's the catch?
None right now. We're early, and the priority is helping independent cafés build better relationships with their customers. If we ever introduce paid features later, existing cafés will hear about it first and get plenty of notice.
Are there transaction fees?
Zero. We don't take a cut of your coffee sales. We're a software provider, not a payment processor.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Just a smartphone or tablet to scan customer QR codes. Use the devices you already have.
Can I cancel anytime?
There's nothing to cancel — you're not paying anything. If you want to remove your café from the platform, you can do that from your dashboard settings.
Will you charge in the future?
Possibly, for specific advanced features. If we do, existing cafés will hear about it first — we won't surprise you with a bill.
